Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the SwiftCheckPrint website and check-preparation portal.
Using SwiftCheckPrint means you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, when acting for a business or another person, authorized to bind them.
SwiftCheckPrint prepares documents; it does not move money.
The service helps you create, preview, organize, download, and print checks. It is not a bank, payment processor, money-transmission service, accounting firm, or legal or financial adviser. It does not verify balances, authorize payments, guarantee acceptance, or determine whether a check will clear.
Features may include saved checks and printing accounts, bulk import, PDF previews, voided checks, analytics, optional QuickBooks Online reference-data syncing, and optional creation of direct-expense check entries in QuickBooks.
You are responsible for every check you create or print.
- Use only bank accounts, signatures, business information, and check numbers you are authorized to use.
- Review the payee, amount, written amount, date, memo, routing number, account number, signature, and print alignment before use.
- Confirm your bank's requirements and use compatible printers, ink, paper, and check stock.
- Protect your account, devices, printed checks, blank stock, downloaded PDFs, and login credentials.
- Comply with banking rules and all applicable laws, tax obligations, recordkeeping duties, and contractual requirements.
Do not use SwiftCheckPrint for fraud or unauthorized activity.
You may not create counterfeit, altered, deceptive, stolen, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawful checks; impersonate another person; access another user's data; interfere with security; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service; or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
Connected services have their own terms.
You are responsible for accurate account information and activity under your sign-in. Optional QuickBooks functionality requires an Intuit account and is also governed by Intuit's terms. You authorize SwiftCheckPrint to access the QuickBooks information shown during authorization until you disconnect it or the authorization expires.
SwiftCheckPrint reads limited reference data such as company, vendor, and account names. When you enable “Record in QuickBooks” and print a saved check, you direct SwiftCheckPrint to create one direct-expense check entry using the date, amount, check number, memo, and QuickBooks accounts or vendor you selected. This feature does not pay or close existing QuickBooks bills. SwiftCheckPrint does not send routing numbers, full bank account numbers, signatures, or check images to QuickBooks.
You are responsible for reviewing every QuickBooks entry, choosing the correct paid-from account and expense category, resolving sync failures, and preventing duplicate accounting outside SwiftCheckPrint. Disconnecting QuickBooks does not delete entries already created there.
The service may change or occasionally be unavailable.
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability or comply with law. Keep independent records and exports of information you need; online or local storage should not be your only record.
Use the service with appropriate care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCheckPrint is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, acceptance by any bank, or successful clearing of any check.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCheckPrint and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, or business; rejected or duplicate checks; unauthorized use; banking fees; or losses caused by incorrect information, printing, devices, third-party services, or user conduct.
These terms may be updated as the service changes.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
