Clarity first
The screen should make the next action obvious and important details easy to review.
SwiftCheckPrint is check-printing software, not the similarly named background-screening or payroll products. It was built around a straightforward idea: preparing and printing a check should feel clear, quick, and dependable.
The portal helps individuals and small teams prepare printable checks, save reusable account details, organize check history, and keep the next check number consistent.
It is deliberately not a bank or payment processor. SwiftCheckPrint does not move money, access balances, or decide whether a payment will clear. It gives you a clean tool for preparing the document you print.

Guest drafts and guest signatures stay in that browser. Signed-in users can store checks, reusable printing-account details, and optional account signatures in Firebase so they are available across devices. If QuickBooks is connected, server-side authorization tokens and the connected company identifier are stored for that connection.
SwiftCheckPrint does not connect to your bank, access balances, move money, clear checks, or send routing numbers, full bank account numbers, signatures, or check images to QuickBooks. See the Privacy Policy for the complete explanation.
