How this comparison was made
We reviewed the providers' public product, pricing, support, and printing pages on August 31, 2026. The table separates software price from optional mailing, paper, ink, toner, printer, and transaction costs.
We have not completed a controlled physical print test across all four products, so we do not publish a first-print-success ranking. A fair future test would use the same printer, the same compatible stock, 100% scale, and the same fictional data, then report the number of adjustments required for each product.
